Terms & Conditions

Following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") shall apply to the “Sales Excellence League” Program detailed below (the “Program”). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term Timeus, when used with reference to a legal entity, shall mean Timeus Interactive Services Pvt Ltd .

1. OBJECTIVE:
   Sales Excellence League program (The Program) is brought to you by Timeus, in partnership with Redington (Distributor/Microsoft Authorized Distributor) and Ingram (Distributor/Microsoft Authorized Distributor) to Engage and enable managed resellers (Edu and Pro) through the reseller engagement program.
2. PROGRAM PERIOD:
   The program shall be open from July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025, with both days inclusive("Program Period").
3. This program is in partnership with:
   Redington: Redington Tower, D 176 RS.No 27/2A 27/4A 27/5,6,7 29/1H & 29/6A Inner Ring Road, Saraswathy Nagar West, Puzhuthivakkam CHENNAI Tamil Nadu - 600091
   &
   Ingram: Ingram Micro India Private Limited Fifth Floor, Empire Plaza, Building A, LBS Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400083
   And solely managed and run by:
   Timeus Interactive Services Pvt Ltd, 8 Balaji Estate, Guru Ravidass Marg, Kalkaji, New Delhi -110019
4. The Program shall be valid in India only

ELIGIBILITY:

5. Eligibility for Participants & Requirements
• The program is open to resellers registered with either Distributors - Redington or Ingram.
• The reseller is required to be a registered member of the Sales Excellence League Program to be eligible to participate in the program.
• Reseller Organizations are required to be Active MPN Resellers with existing device and/or software business.
• The owners and/or heads of Reseller Organizations are not eligible to participate in the program.
• For end customer sales to qualify, products must be procured through any one of the authorized distributors - Redington or Ingram, only.
6. Provided that such Reseller Organizations should have both their registered address and their billing addresses within the territory of India, so as to attribute the revenue generated from such customers, within the Program Period, to the Sales Excellence League program.
7. An employee, agent or relative of an employee and directors of Timeus, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies shall not be eligible to participate in the program.
8. Participation of eligible resellers constitutes the respective participant's full and unconditional acceptance of (i) these terms and conditions; and (ii) Timeus Interactive Services Pvt Ltd located at https://timeus.in/privacy/ which are final towards winning a prize that is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PROGRAM:

9. To participate in "Sales Excellence League", you must fulfil the requirements of clauses mentioned in the Eligibility section above (Eligibility Conditions).
10. To be eligible to participate in the program, the resellers must register for the program at www.SalesExcellenceLeague.com
11. Timeus or the organizers’/Distributors’ appointed agencies are not responsible for excess, lost, late, or incomplete entries.
12. Each Participant must ensure that its participation in the Program is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.

PROGRAM BENEFITS:

15. Following will be the benefits ("Benefits") under the Program:

16. The winners will be selected by Timeus from among all eligible entries received based on the following criteria:
    • Resellers need to complete the activities and submit its POE to score the points. The points will be accrued to the reseller only after validation and approval of the POEs submitted against an eligible activity
    • If two or more resellers achieve similar points, this will be considered a tie. In such a case, the partner who submit the POEs first will be the winner, as identified in the tables below.
    • If Timeus does not receive a sufficient number of entries meeting the entry requirements, Timeus may, at its discretion, select fewer winners than the number of rewards described in the above benefits table.
    • Example: To explain the tie-breaker:

Reseller A scores	700 points
Reseller A submitted the POEs	10th September, 2023 at 4 PM (hypothetically)
Reseller B scores	700 points
Reseller B submitted the POEs	12th September 2023 at 4 PM (hypothetically)
In the above table, Reseller A & B both have 700 points. In this case, Reseller A will be the winner as it has submitted the POE first.
